Letting go of our stressful day is often hard for many of us to do. We often take our stress from work, school or wherever it may be coming from home with us forgetting to leave it all at the door. I want to share a few tips with you on how to relax and free your mind from the burden of stress. 1. Keep a journal and write down your thoughts. You may or may not like writing, writing can be a bit daunting to some, in this case you can keep a recording journal. Journaling can truly help release stress, letting all those feelings escape from your mind that has been caged in all day. Write down or record what has been on your mind- worries, sadness, loneliness, anxiousness and even anger. Whatever it may be get it out of your head and clear your mind.
