Mental refreshers after a stressful day.

Letting go of our stressful day is often hard for many of us to do. We often take our stress from work, school or wherever it may be coming from home with us forgetting to leave it all at the door.   I want to share a few tips with you on how to relax and free your mind from the burden of stress.     1. Write down or record what has been on your mind- worries, sadness, loneliness, anxiousness and even anger. Whatever it may be get it out of your head and clear your mind. You will be able to breathe easier, take control of your emotions and recognize the things that are important and worthy in your life.     2. Listen to Quran or nasheed s .   Press ...

Communication with a narcissist.

The hardest thing to do is try to communicate with a narcissistic person. You will feel like you are talking to a brick wall or to a person that is not really there. Narcissists hate to be confronted with their wrongs; they do not like taking accountability in anything harmful that they do. They manipulate and try to take control of conversations, blaming you for everything that happened because in their minds you are the problem, and they are the victims. the victims of what you may ask, well they are the victims of you being mad at them for what they have done so in return they become angry with you for being angry with them. They tell lies or twist events to make you sound and look like the big bad wolf, anything to keep themselves from taking responsibility.    ~JB.   Dealing with anyone like this? Let's discuss. The video may poke a little fun, but the feeling you receive from such treatment is nothing to laugh at.
