As-Salamu Alaikum 

How are you all doing? How is your Ramadan going? 1-week down, and one of my goals, is to read 5 pages after every salaah. So far, I have 20 pages in the whole, ugh!🤦 I will make it up and catch up. I am determined! Insha'Allah. 

I have been very drained and sluggish throughout the day, have any of you had this problem? A well balanced breakfast is key, but honestly for me that doesn't always happen. I do take a vitamin B drop after suhoor, but clearly that is not enough.
